ES Security is a family business founded in 2011. Despite security being a very competitive market, the company’s founders had a vision to create an innovative business directed to individual needs of the client.
AFTER HAVING FOUNDED THE COMPANY IN THE HEART OF LITHUANIA, WE KNEW THAT THE STATUS OF KAUNAS SECURITY FIRM WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT FOR US, SO WE ESTABLISHED A SUBSIDIARY IN VILNIUS SOON, LATER IN KLAIPEDA AND IN OTHER LITHUANIAN CITIES, AS WELL.

As the activities were evolving, the company’s vision was growing, too. The cooperation with the partners and learning of their needs led to introduction of additional groups of goods and services. As we are working a lot with the construction and manufacturing sectors, we started offering production provided by our other group of companies: the top-quality garage doors, road barriers, loading systems, steel doors, fire protection gates, and other systems made in Lithuania.
Today, our security company has a vision to become a partner, who is able to provide its client with all the industrial equipment from protection, weak currents, cameras, up to gates, passage and fire safety systems.

In order to assure quality in all our subsidiaries and fields, we adopted quality standard ISO 9001 last year. Moreover, we made a step forward and having reviewed all the corporate processes, we developed completely new and automated processes that are functioning as nicely as a well-tuned Swiss watch.

When we receive audit results, we prepare a comprehensive report discussing the current security situation. Then we meet with a client to introduce solutions and changes we could make. We understand that the main business goal is to achieve good results with minimal costs, so, first of all, we offer to optimise the available resources and to spend extra money on actually needed items. We also present preliminary estimates during the meeting, as this helps to make a decision.
